Wir suchten ja immer nach etwas das wir im Wohnmobil mitnehmen , das leicht, klein und trotzdem Stabil genug ist um eine Paddel-Tour im See, auf fliessendem Gewässer oder auf den Weltmeeren machen können.

We were always looking for something that we could take with us in the motorhome that was light, small and yet stable enough for a paddle tour in the lake, on running water or on the world’s oceans.

Durch eine Arbeitskollegin habe ich die ORU Kayaks entdeckt. Kurzerhand gab es gerade am darauffolgenden Wochenende 22.Juni 2024 Testtage in Bönigen am Brienzersee durch die Kanuschule Bodensee die ich mir natürlich nicht entgehen lassen durfte.

I discovered ORU Kayaks through a work colleague. Without further ado, the following weekend, June 22, 2024, there were test days in Bönigen on Lake Brienz organized by the Lake Constance Canoe School, which of course I couldn’t miss.

Wie es so ist, haben wir uns gleich noch ein zweites geholt „ORU Inlet“ das wir beide auf Adventure Touren gehen können, natürlich mit unserer Yuna!

As it happens, we got ourselves a second “ORU Inlet” so that we can both go on adventure tours, of course with our Yuna!
